Website analytics
The site loads Umami analytics from stats.admk.com to measure page visits and actions such as selecting a state or opening an official source. Requests expose standard connection information to that service, including the visiting page, referrer, browser and network information. Umami’s documentation describes its tracker as cookieless; see Umami’s FAQ for its approach.
Our custom events contain action names and public state identifiers. We do not send search text, checklist selections, budget quotes or calculator inputs as event data, and we do not assign account IDs. Avoid putting personal information in a shared page URL. You can block requests to stats.admk.com with your browser’s privacy controls; the site’s tools still work.
Checklist progress and calculator entries
Application checklists save completed steps in your browser’s local storage, separately for each state. This stays on that browser and device. Use “Clear progress” on a checklist or clear this site’s browser data to delete it. Private browsing or blocked storage may prevent saving. Budget and income-calculator entries are used in the current page and are not saved by these tools.
Shared checker and comparison links contain only the selected state identifiers. They do not include checklist progress or financial inputs.
Contact and server logs
If you email us, we receive your address and message to respond and investigate corrections. Hosting and email providers may process connection or delivery logs for operation and security. We do not ask you to send identification documents, financial records or application files.
Advertising and outbound links
This version of the site does not load advertising scripts. Links to outside providers leave this site; their privacy policies apply, including any purchase-attribution cookies they set. We will update this policy before introducing different tracking or advertising practices.
Requests and changes
